Hey, I've taken this to therapy before. If going cold turkey creates more psychological disruption than it solves (as it has for me), being open with somebody who can help you analyze things nonjudgmentally might put your habits into perspective and help you manage them.

I thought NNN was cancelled bc PornHub is planting trees for every 100 videos or something like that.
