Just to contribute a bit of extra info, I think the second link you posted might be みはる/モモ (Miharu/Momo), who did some uncensored FC2 movies with the Let's Go's seller a few years ago before they went down. Googling "妊婦みはる fc2" should lead you to them. Most if not all of them should also probably be in Andy's Uncensored Japanese Pregnant lovers thread.
This means that this new release was either filmed a while ago (~2019), or she's pregnant again. It's hard to be completely sure since she always wears some sort of mask, but her body is the same, her belly has the same stretch marks and moles, and she also squirts. I don't think she has a ninpumamadaisuki page anymore, but she also did some breastmilk scenes afterwards that only came out last year.

This is with the seller currently known as NIGOO (the name gets changed every so often), who is the same guy who ran Let's Go's. I might have talked about this in a post on here in the past, but Let's Go's was his channel dedicated to pregnant movies (which is why you have that watermark in a lot of uncensored pregnant JAV from FC2 from around the end of the 2010s), but now he just releases them every so often under NIGOO. I'm certain he's also the guy who did most of the Maternity Club (GRMT) series and possibly others (I haven't watched all of them, but the voice and arm moles match), which is why he was able to release uncensored scenes of those older movies as Let's Go's. I suspect that might be why Let's Go's got taken down but he's still able to regularly put out pregnant movies through NIGOO, which is dedicated to films with amateurs in general. He never shows his face, but his voice, personality, physique, and filming style is distinct.

deep in my heart i'm still hoping the director who filmed and produced DWI-001 (the legendary natsuki hatakeyama birth) is still alive and will hopefully reproduce something similar in the future

sadly i didnt enjoy the GRMT series as much as the SMS or MD series..i thought those classics were probably the best pregnant javs
