Ya this sucks deviant art was my go to for new pregnancy/inflation literature and now you can't even narrow your search to just literature. =(

I think that's the key right there. A lot of websites are trying to make their PC websites reflect their mobile versions, but it just doesn't work. They seem to have forgotten the old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

I agree with you, btw. I hate the new DA.

Just like Facebook, every design change DA has gone through over the last 15+ years has brought out the "NEW DESIGN SUXXXXXXX" "KILL YOURSELVES, DEVIANTART CUCKS" complaints, and I always thought they were overblown. So I opted in to Eclipse when given the chance.

Holy hell, what a huge step backward in usability. Takes so much longer to go through my watches and notifications. I switched back to the old design and used it until DA finally shoved everyone to Eclipse with virtually no improvements whatsoever. Oh well.

Yeah, This one really lives "Down" to the hype of people pissed about it.

Eclipse is was and will always be a terrible mistake.

It's always either something like this with various sites or you have some designers who prioritizes their "creative vision" over familiarity and functionality to the end user.

Stories used to be able to have a cover image on there. That's gone.

Critiques.....gone

Browsing the images doesn't show you the full image anymore, a lot of times it zooms in so for belly enthusiasts like us, we might have to open each and every damn one just to see if it is what we want.

Favoriting images and adding to folders takes about 5 extra clicks now.

A lot of CORE features I liked and used are gone now too. Really don't even know why I would still want CORE other than the fact that's the only way to get stats.

I've also seen a lot more deactivated accounts. Like recently DannyBage had his account deactivated

That's my other fear...Trying to find a home for my stuff just to make sure they don't delete my entire online persona.
