Have a category where people list  Tv shows and movies, that have pregnant characters in it, state what episodes they are in and at what times.

not sure if that validates having a entire category, but maybe a pinned ongoing thread in Pregnant Celebrities. a lot of that type of stuff ends up specifically there.
