That looks like my drive. I'm not sure why you can't download them. If you need to download more than 5 GB then you can just open multiple free accounts. Or after reaching the limit just use a VPN to trick it into thinking it's another computer and then use JDownloader or something.

When all else fails, use Bandicam to capture your screen. It gets the audio, too.
