Need help on chaturbate with recordings not showing up in my collection

So I purchased 3 shows last night, was pretty tipsy so let’s not talk about that lol but yea anyways I woke up this morning and the weren’t in my collection so if anyone knows how to help with that please let me know and private message me

Are you certain that the camgirls that you tipped allowed recordings? So far, most of the ones that I've dealt with don't.

Yea and it said it was saved in my collection but it isn’t there
