Should be somewhere in your Drive when you left click on the video I believe. Under the sharing settings, you probably have it locked to everyone. You can have it open to anyone with the link

What you'll need to do is right click on the video and select "Get link". Then select "Sharing settings". In the next pop up, set the link to "Anyone with the link can view". After that you can use the site TinyURL the shorten the drive link so you can easily post it here.
