I also wanted a different way to capture her pregnancy, so I built a 3D body scanner near the beginning of the pregnancy and have been using it to scan her whenever I get the chance. The quality isn't amazing, but for a prototype it isn't half bad. The files i've linked to are.obj files which you can open with Windows 3D Viewer, or if you do any 3D printing you can open then in any slicer. They show be full color files but I haven't been able to open them as such.
The files take a lot of post processing, so the collection is a work in progress. Here you go:

The scans are a great idea. Thanks for sharing and look forward to seeing the rest. Meshlab seems to display the vertex colors
