I think it was something like: "two German teens walking on a roadside pregnant wearing shorts at mid-day, bellies are extremely large, redhead short hair, barefoot" something along those lines and tweak your prompts to avoid the content warnings. Also change out details like the location, what they're wearing, hairstyle, etc. and see what you come up with. It's mostly about luck when finding those gems that just stick out to you from the others. I think that third photo is maybe my favorite of all the stuff so far.

P.s. the prompt blocker is pretty literal so if you want them to be wearing swimwear they need to be at a pool or a lake, sometimes the beach will work but not with other prompts that insinuate sex. Sometimes it's fine with two subjects but if you change to three it will block you, and other silly little tweaks will bring the banhammer, sadly.

Edit: this is the exact prompt used for number three: "two heavily pregnant german teens, pregnant bellies are extremely large, bellies are 200% bigger, walking on a roadside, barefoot, redhead short hair, young woman"

it's not hard to see where the inspiration for this image came from haha

Ahh okay, I've tried using that myself but kept falling afoul of their content policies. 'Large chest' is blocked apparently, also 'RWBY' and 'Roosterteeth'. I'll have to keep trying though.

EDIT: And I'm out of boosts so I have a 2 hour wait to generate anything...
