As for X-Rays? I would totally do more, if they didn’t cost extra. Especially with some artists adding each child as an individual character, which bumps the price exponentially high.

Would you consider a more realistic looking multiples pregnancy? Fire Emblem is great as there's so many waifu's hence waifu emblem or waifu wars.

I have considered regular pregnancy, and believable multiple pregnancy at times. But since hyper pregnancy what I enjoy most, and it’s rare enough as it is. I typically commission it over everything else.
