Found a couple of music videos that feature real pregnant women. The first has a pregnant "chola" girl as part of the entourage, and its pretty hot how she has her belly hanging out. I wish they featured her a bit more, but pregnant women appearing in music videos in general is pretty rare, so can't complain too much.
       



And the second video features another pregnant woman doing the whole "trashy" girl look, which again is pretty great. I think you first start seeing her about halfway though the video. She's the guest star on the song and her name is Cherie Lily. She's not super famous, but she is the wife of singer Andrew WK, and she's known for doing dance music/workout videos. By the way, did I mention she's hot??
   

Her and her husband seemed to have kept the pregnancy pretty quiet (i can't really find pictures of her pregnant anywhere else) but I did read that she was actually pregnant for filming this video.
           

It's a shame in her singing shots that they didn't shoot her a little wider, to really show off her belly -- but you can definitely tell the bump is there:
