Movie with a couple that goes through timeskips

There’s a movie I came across maybe a month or two ago that has a couple who goes through timeskips together. There’s a good scene where the wife wakes up pregnant and they deal with that for a bit.

It’s NOT “Long Story Short” or “Still Time”/“Era”Ora”. I’ve checked, it’s not those. This film is not from the US and not in English (iirc). I’ve been googling like crazy with every combo of search terms I can think of and am not having luck…

I thought I originally found it through a thread on here or maybe pregchan, but I still can’t find it.
