Once in a while there's a thread about similar things on 4chan's /s/ board, mostly with just "mother+daughter(s)" or "preggos" as themes but IIRC there have also been "pregnant group of women" and similar threads where you could find preggo mother and daughter pics.

I'd suggest keeping an eye out for those or starting one yourself if you have the minimum amount of pictures required and then hope others will contribute what they've found so far.

I believe this actually happened back in my highschool days. One of my ex-classmates got pregnant at seventeen, and then rumors started to fly her mother had gotten knocked up by her boyfriend/husband around the same time.

I wasn't into pregnancy back then, but if I could borrow a time machine I would definitely go back to see if the rumors were true!

I'm lucky that my mom got me so young so we were able to be pregnant at same time, so now I have a daughter and a sister with only 1 month difference

It was so nice to share this experience
