Got some slightly larger and more bare bellies in here - the prompt doesn't respond that well to belly size but it works sometimes.

I generally ask for "wincing in pain" or "wincing in discomfort", though I've also gotten some good ones for "grimacing" or "whimpering".

Thanks! I used ”wincing in discomfort” for two renders, with good results, then suddenly they were not pleased with the word ”discomfort” in my prompt and it wasn’t usable anymore.
