There was this one episode of Regular Show where Mommy Monthly approaches Muscle Man about becoming a model for their magazine. Their magazine is all about photos of pregnant women's bellies. Never thought this show would mention (let alone have an episode about) pregnancy fetishism, but here it is!

I literally just watched this. It was weird and totally out of the blue but I enjoyed it

Except that it doesn't. The only reason they even picked muscle man was because of his fat gut and it being cheaper to model him over a pregnant woman who wouldn't stay pregnant forever.

If anything, it's a plot device for muscle man to leave the park. Not some secret fetish that a writer has.
