First is the original stock image, last 2 static morphs in photoshop; finally interpolation between the images was done on SD using DynamiCrafter which is what generated the movements.
That's 16 frames between each image, with it looping back to the first image.
3 image -> 51 images
(Yes that does mean any ole morphed images can be used, so feel free to provide examples if you have the original srcs)
How did you create that bulge in the 3rd pic? I am fairly new to Photoshop but I'm really eager to learn
Liquify -> Burn tool on the midtone at the bottom of bulge -> Dodge tool on the midtones at the top of the bulge
Granted liquify does stretch the skin texture, so I probably should have done a second pass on SD to bring that back.
If you have access to generative fill doing a clean-up is probably easier (afraid mine is beyond the pale, only have Krita to do that)
