Thanks for the link; I didn't even know these pictures from her first pregnancy existed. Since they're not that big as far as resolution goes, I took the liberty of making them a bit bigger.

Palermo Shooting is a 2008 film written and directed by German director Wim Wenders, and starring Campino, Dennis Hopper,Giovanna Mezzogiorno, Lou Reed as himself, and an uncredited Milla Jovovich, also playing herself.

The film follows a German photographer (played by Campino, singer of German punk band Die Toten Hosen) who comes to Palermo because he needs to make a clean break from his past. In the city, he meets a young woman (Mezzogiorno) and a completely different way of life. Since I’m posting in this thread, none of that obviously matters very much. What we’re here for is Milla Jo. This is the only movie she’s been in pregnant; for real at least. These screencaps don’t really do her much justice. I her appearance she wears not only the silk dress, but a body clinging robe and a tight fitting leather outfit. We see her fully pregnant bare belly during her last appearance in the film. Definitely hope this film is online to watch somewhere. The YouTube video gives off some of the scenes from the film.



Director interview: “I worked with Milla Jovovich on “The Million Dollar Hotel” in 1999 where she put in a convincing performance as Eloise. It wasn’t an easy task playing a drug addict opposite to the likes of Mel Gibson for instance. We have remained good friends ever since. Milla was well advanced in pregnancy during the shooting in Düsseldorf - she was in her eighth month already. I wrote the part with her in mind, of course, and her daughter Ever was born as we continued filming in Palermo…”

So I've managed to find the film online....no luck with a torrent yet :/ I'm clicking around through it, trying to find the bare belly scene.

found it....unfortunately it's a total letdown really. all that happens is it cuts back and forth from him snapping pictures to still images of her like you can see in blackpanther's post above...he has a couple good lines of dialogue about her belly but we never actually see it in motion, aside from when she's walking behind the screen. She's covering most of it with the black scarf/dress/whatever it is, and it's over in a split second.
