I really wanted to post this sooner, but i wanted to add it with extra images, so i waited. And waited. I was really hoping either she or someone she knew would post extra, reminiscing pictures afterwards, but no one else did. So, this is on it's own:

I watched the episode. She was friends with one of the main characters, who congratulated her and she pretended like she wasn't pregnant. Then when she revealed it was a joke, the character said she was "at least five months." Then she embarrassedly changed the subject. That, i feel was their writing because i firmly believe she liked being big.
Also, the link to the interview she did near the start of her third doesn't work anymore, the video has been labeled "private." So, someone made this:

And last but not least, i have started uploading pictures from all three of her pregnancies on my deviantart:
