It could be a "real" belly, just some type of inflation device or method. Given she gave birth somewhat recently she would have the stretched skin to make the inflation much easier. But it the belly is a fake, very good one at that.

that ain't inflation, it's a fake ass belly. just look at the texture. that, and the fact that she never completely bares it, AND the instant tattoo removal... FAKE.

Its fake, I have a recording somewhere where you can see where it meets up with her skin and makeup trying to blend it in. She moved weird and it adjusted it and you can clearly see the lines. However, who really cares. If it looks great and is believable, why not?
