I dunno what else to tell you. You can either continue with the meeting (preferably somewhere else with a believable excuse) and risk your relationship, or cancel it and stick with the one you already know and love.

I know this has been said already but I’ll express my two cents. If you’re single, meeting up with a pregnant woman shouldn’t be an issue. Though since you’re meeting at your house while your girlfriend is at work is very problematic. Obviously there is the risk of you getting caught especially if she gets off work early. Also I’m sure neighbors (especially nosey ones) will notice a pregnant woman showing up which may lead to future discussions about the encounter.

Bottom line is this, it is one thing to live out your fantasy but is it really worth risking your relationship? Is it worth having to explain how your relationship with your girlfriend ended with friends or family? Even worse it worth the risk of her telling her friends and family about your hook up? If I were you, it would be no. You gotta make that call.

Morally it's wrong, but lots of people do have affairs and seem to think it's "fine", but it's not exactly fair on the other partner.
How much do you love your partner, and are there other issues with your relationship that might be why you are considering this, sex, arguments etc?
Are you considering this this because you cannot or have not discussed your fetish with her, do you think she would understand it if you talked to her?

Why at home, surely there are hotels... I'm not saying you should, but why in your shared space / bed!?

See you already made up your mind but here is my two cents, if you are certain that you will marry your girlfriend and will have kids with them there is absolutely no excuse to cheat on her, and that will damage your relationship forever. Also you will have your pregnancy thing satisfied with a person you deeply care for and not just for one night.

But if you have any doubts about marrying your girlfriend or having children with her in the future and can keep your mouth shut about this thing for the rest of the relationship then vacuum the house man and light up some candles and have day of your life having great sex with this absolutely gorgeous preggo.
