Site Suggestions & Updates
Maybe not a popular opinion, but I think the two Teen sections should be removed

So I've been pretty uncomfortable with the presence of the Teen videos and photos sections on here for awhile, particularly given the other content on this site and the fact that apparently no one has any issue posting pics of people who are under 18 there. Now obviously this looks kind of bad for a number of reasons, and I am certain that I am not the only one who feels this way. Like I said, I know this might not be a particularly popular suggestion, but I also think that its an important one. I don't think pictures or videos of minors should ever be posted onto a site that contains adult content, for reasons both legal and otherwise. So I would hope that admin takes this suggestion seriously.

You're about 2 years late for that discussion : https://preggophilia.com/this-would-prob...ular-but-t

But all in all, you can't prove if the person on the other side of the keyboard is jerking off to 15 year olds is either a teen themselves or a grown ass man. Also like what was previously said, not everyone who visits here has the same laws in their country when it comes to viewing adult (or teen) content.

Hi @Bumpjoblover45 -- we have no plans to do away with either of the teens sections. This has been a fixture of the site since its founding and it's entirely legal.

There's a reason the sections are separated out and absolutely no nudes of what the USA calls a minor are allowed. You might still think it's icky, but this community does its best to ensure that everyone is protected from any sort of harm.

If I may add my two cents.

Nude pictures of those under 18 are not illegal per se in the US, but for all practical purposes, displaying them here would be not only immoral, but a legal horrorshow. Child pornography is defined under federal law as sexually explicit images of anyone under 18. To be sexually explicit, nudity is not absolutely necessary- a clothed minor performing an explicit act would almost certainly be found to be covered by the statute, for instance. Note that only images are defined as cp. Writing does not qualify, although it is important to note that sexually explicit writings involving minors would be extremely likely to qualify as obscenity, which can be imsges, writings, recordings, etc. Aliong with CP, obscenity has been held to be outside the protection of the First Amendment, meaning laws regulating or banning it are not in violation of the Constitution unless some other provision therein runs afoul. As such, there are federal laws in place banning the production, distribution and possession of CP, and the production and distribution of obscenity (If you’re tempted to read a loophole into the lack of a federal ban on the possession of obscenity- don’t. Its too long of an explanation for here. Just don’t.)

While this is not my specific area of expertise, I do have a doctorate in a field encompassing this topic. It is well established that collecting pictures of minors which are neither CP nor obscene is protected behavior under the First Amendment (Congress shall make no law restricting the freedom of speech, or of the press...)

As the examples above show, “no law” really means “some laws”, but the presumption is thst any ban is invalid on its face. The exceptions are few, and this site doesn’t seem to have anything to worry about, but for Gos’s sake, don’t cross those lines.
