I read that semen retaining improves masculineness and overall health, and I decided to try something weird. This week, I'll masturbate for Monday and Friday, and won't ejaculate on Monday.
I'm aiming to improve self control and semen retaining.

I read something like our body automatically ejaculates itself per 70-72 days if we don't do it manually. But that's not the game itself. I once participated No Nut November and held myself for straight 15 days

It also takes minerals and many other things to make the place that sperms can stay alive and swim. That's why I decided to reduce ejaculations, I was doing overnight and by I started to high school I was weighing only 125lbs. I gained 15lbs by end of high school 'cause quantity was radically decerased.

No: It is not about stopping masturbation in any ways. I have no rights to say a thing like this, in a such massive fetish community, which I'm a member. I thought more of self control, which won't only work in masturbation, but also in an active sex life.

Okay. Thank You for that clarification. I know your last two statements are good & for good intentions. Just a simple reboot can go a long way for a person cause it can be very addicting habit to have.
