It's the video's thumbnail on YT, and many of the comments go along the lines of "is she having a litter"? The aspect ratio actually stretches the video somewhat, but that's definitely twins full-term.

Lol I'm Brazilian and if I think some girl is brazilian, the last thing I would say is that she is a blonde girl. It's more likely to have light brown skin, like mexicans. Only if she's from the south, where they have more european roots.
