I just notice they sell stream only vids for example Jeri Lynn sells some of her newest for stream only. so be carefully. you can still download the videos but I think the quality/resulation will drop. I don't know I didn't test it.

If you can use this trick on the stream only vids the quality will not drop. but i doubt you can use it.
right-click>View page source>search mp4> open link with best quality>download video

but if you can only use this trick the quality will drop for sure. This always work if you have access to the stream
Open up Source Panel (F12), Click in the upper the button 'Network', and under it there is a button called 'Media'.

Go to the video you want to download but make sure that it's available to watch.

Start the video, and look in the panel for the Media button

Right-click the Red file (or the files under it with the exact same name), and click 'Open in new tab'.

Yeah, I've been seeing this more and more lately. I just avoid those. If I'm paying for content I better be able download it and watch whenever I please.

I was going to say something along those lines. I think they offer streaming only to prevent piracy and people uploading them to various sites but for many people its a serious deterrent. Jeri Lynn has already been mentioned and is a perfect example. She released a video or two I was more than willing to buy. I had my card out and everything until I saw they were streaming only. I put my card away and havent gone to her page since.

I would be interested to know how many streaming only videos the ladies sell as opposed to regular downloadable videos. I wouldnt be surprised to find out that the streaming only videos barely sell. I doubt anyone is happy with that being the only option and Im sure a few people purchased them on accident and would prefer to get refunds because they cannot download them. I dont know who came up with this streaming only idea but its terrible.

apperantly 5 months and 1 week ago the complete site was stream only and you werent't allowed to download any video. well I didn't notice this at the time because I don't like this site. the site is very slow if you search. I don't even know why this site got pupular and why models prefer this site. anyways this is what they wrote if you asked them about this at the time.

Yeah. I mean, I'm sure everyone is grateful to quasa, and I'm also sure that everyone here hates the idea of streaming-only purchases. But those things are in direct conflict with each other, so although we may hate a site for taking steps like that, we must also understand why they did it.

They shouldn't have bothered with the "we are confident you will find our improved streaming service is superior to the old downloads option" bullshit explanation though.

It's like saying people having books for free in the library messes up book sales. It's like saying people streaming music on Spotify messes up their decision to pay for a membership or buy the album. Yes there may be a few who really have no interest in purchasing but there are some who may not have seen it before whom saw it through those methods, were interested and purchased it. They never think about those kinds of people for some reason.

The difference is that libraries can legally make books available for checkout, and Spotify/Pandora/etc. sign legal agreements with artists and/or their labels to legally stream their music. ManyVids offers no such similar stipulations.

This is the same argument as “I bought the album/movie after I downloaded it from Napster/KaZaA/Limewire/ThePirateBay/etc.”. Doesn’t change the fact that it was done illegally, costs the content creators real money, and that *most* (not “a few”) will never pay so much as a dime for the content once they have it. Ask the people who got sued by the RIAA and MPAA if that excuse worked for them.

I’m no hypocrite here because I’ve downloaded my share of paid content for free, and I was all over Napster, Audiogalaxy, and Limewire for music back in the day. But let’s not delude ourselves into thinking that we are doing the content creators a solid by ”increasing exposure” to their material at their expense.
