Looking for stories with vanilla pregnancy

Hello everybody! Even though i like rapid pregnancy stories usually, i'm in a different mood for a few days  Do you have some stories recommandations to make about vanilla pregnancy with no unrealistic stuff (like aliens, rapid pregnancy, extreme pregnancy, etc).
For example, a story following the progression of a pregnant girl/woman, or a story about someone dating a pregnant girl

Do you have any suggestions on your end? Bringing life to the island was awesome, wish I could find similar stories in terms of the pregnancy mixed with weight gain aspect
