I remember distinctly years ago on youtube there were videos of 3D animated women with exaggerated features giving birth usually with titles like 'Quad birth and labor' and such. Usually only the head was halfway out and the video abruptly ended. The one I remember the most was a beach scene. I've only seen this one video I have linked below ever since.
