im looking for a movie french or some kind movie international or wat ever..

was about some kind of apocalypse happens and only left is a black guy and a women they knew each other growing up or something then they make a baby and some breastfeeding scenes then this guy comes from a boat and they travel to some island then at the end the black guy dies and the girl lives from the island when they trying to rescue the baby and some breastfeeding scenes to on the island ..i saw some one post something like this here before the movie just need the name thanks
