One was on Deviantart like 8 years ago, I can't track it down now. Called "The Assistant" or something similar, new hire meets a pregnant maid and it becomes clear that something is off about her.

The other I had in Google drive a while back but lost it, "An eventful date" (or something along those lines), guy returns to his hometown and goes out with his ex or friend from school, not knowing that she's pregnant. 

Any leads would be appreciated if these sound familiar ?
