Are there any films or TV series in which women go through a complete pregnancy in hours or days without being scared about it, or women are suddenly very pregnant or with a change in reality?

For example, I know Star Trek - The next Generation, WandaVision, Warehouse13, Dr. WHO but only a few overall.
