Kathryn Hahn in How Do You Know (2010). she was actually pregnant with her second child.

related, though not film, she filmed a short pregnant nude scene in the second season of Hung around the same time as the film above.

anna kendrick in The Hollars.

at the end of Rapture-palooza (a hilarious film, well worth watching).

and, once again... not a film, but pregnant scenes from Anna from her recent TV series Love Life.

in her earliest pregnant role (What To Expect When You're Expecting), but there isn't much as far as good belly shots.

for a child free by choice person, she takes on lots of pregnant roles.

i remember that one now! it's been so long, and it was such a short scene right at the beginning. i'm shocked that i didn't recall that, because it's a really good film.

i'm going to have to watch that again, i haven't seen it in about 20 years.
