Has anyone here ever gotten a custom from Lanna? I paid her 200 on Venmo back in March for a custom. She claimed that she had finished filming it near the middle of that month and then never got back to me to send it despite numerous attempts on my part to contact her. Any advice? Anyone had that experience with her?

I'm sorry this happened to you mate. That's a lot of money to pay someone upfront and not receive the product they promised. I haven't heard of this person before until now however what you described appears to be a scam. Of course, there could be other reasons why she has not responded to you but it doesn't look good either way. The Unfortunate part is Venmo does not offer payment protection. I hope you hear back from her soon and get what you paid for. If not you'll have to write this off as a loss.
