The car is on its roof. The couple inside is held in place by their seatbelts. The guy's pregnant wife suddenly has her water break. It rains down her face in a nice release. Most unique water break moment you will ever see. Sadly there is no birth. After this scene ends the couple is later seen in the hospital after the baby has been born.

There's 1 scene I usee to have that I would like to have again, it's from the movie "Inside Scarlett" the scene has her on a hospital bed in containment close to guys in haemat suites while she is giving birth. She's moaning & yelling a lot & she births a big egg (you can even hear the fluid coming out.)

There's also: A 1st season 911 Loan Star scene. They arrive at a party & a Latino woman (who thought she was only 6 months) was giving birth, some good stuff. I also like that 1 scene in the All Rise 1st season. It was when lots of people were getting married in the court house & there was a bride who was big & she got married while she was giving birth (the moaning sounded great.)

Lastly: in the Chicago Fire episode "Warm & Dead" there is a scene where the 2 parametics help a pregnant woman give birth on the stairs of her apartment. She had her legs spread wide too. There's another good scene in the 7th episode "Two Families".
