I like don't tell everyone I meet but I got to the point where every woman I got intimate with I eventually would tell.   Most women are actually ok with it.

I’m certainly not open about it in person, but I’ve shared my feelings with a few of my partners, and they never seemed bothered by it. Most of them generally thought that it’s natural for women to be interested in it from a procreation and nurturing perspective.

It's not something I feel the need to advertise or bring-up in casual conversation, but I wouldn't hide it from a partner either.

I had one partner who was completely icked out by it because she was, as I would later learn, obsessed with being the only thing I think about... and since she wasn't pregnant, my interest in it was bad. That relationship didn't even make it 3 months, but for plenty of other reasons.

Never brought it up with anyone IRL. Talking about it online feels freeing in a way, but too nervous about people judging me for it to bring it up anywhere. I would be careful telling women you fuck about it. because if it goes south they will hold it against you. and oh yes they will tell all their friends and your parents. so now the whole town knows.
they will tell their friends anyways even if it does not go south. they have these girl talks (on the phone or in person) where they tell everything to each other because they have no hobbies and their life is boring. and now her friends know too and the echo could spread to your parents.

I would say it's less a secret for me, and more that I just don't feel the need to tell people about it. I'm a pretty private person so I don't really feel the need to divulge the details of my sexual preferences in general, and it's just not a very big part of my life and even with romantic partners it's never come up nor have I felt much of a need to bring it up.
