I'd like to know why I often get the "403 Forbidden" notice when I enter this site. I am using a VPN at the moment and it functions okay as other websites are accesible to me. Could you please point out the possible problems I am having now? I appreciate your help very much!

Is this occurring intermittently or is it a constant? Are you blocked from all pages?

It's rather constant and this happens to all pages. I can only access the site after I refresh the page, usually for several times.

Are you positive this is a 403 error and not a 503 error?

What happens when you use something other than a VPN?

Yes I am positive it's a 403 error, and I have to use a VPN to access the site according to my current region.

My guess is this might be related to that particular VPN provider. We don't block any VPNs, however it's possible that some VPNs block this site. I'm sorry I can't be of more help. As a final test, do you have access to a different provider for simple testing purposes?
