I love bare belly shots, but sometimes a huge pregnant woman in a tight dress is just as much of a turn on. Depends how the picture is shot, i.e. lighting, the angle, what the woman is wearing, how big she is....

The royal family is always going to be conservative in what they wear. The only way you would have seen much belly is if Kate got pregnant with twins and even then I imagine the family would keep her from making appearances.

The British monarch seems to be significantly more conservative than those in mainland Europe. The Swedish Royal Family, the Spanish Royal Family, etc ... are much more liberal in terms of clothing choice.

Apart from the outfits, I also have never see any photos or videos where she rubs her belly. Has anyone come across any?
