What I can tell you is there is a ton of money to be made in surrogacy. The strange thing is I'm training to become a medical doctor and have spent much time thinking about this very question. I have watched twins get c-sectioned out and it was the most bizarre experience having this fetish. I've been trying to find a female partner who wants to be a perpetual surrogate, with me providing support (whatever that may look like). It's difficult. Almost found someone but she turned out to be emotionally unstable.

There are no "surrogacy clinics". Surrogates go to fertility clinics just like regular women/couples with fertility issues.
