It might be a long shot. Getting photos in the dark, more or less very low lighting, is hard enough as it is. Plus, the photographer would have to time his or her shots at the right time to nab a photo of a pregnant woman during the show. On top of which, he/she has to be secretive about it.

So far, the only few cameras I know about that can do that is the Hero3 GoPro and the T4i Canon.
