[align=left]Jeff looked at his inbox on Monday morning and saw an unusual request. It was unusual for two reasons. One the woman in question lived overseas: Sydney Australia.[/align]

Interesting, he thought, she must be really desperate. She was willing to pay the high costs for his treatment, and also the airfare and accommodation. [/align]

He scanned further down the email and came across the second unusual situation. She had already had successfully conceived, twice even. It turns out that trying for the third had proved less successful and she really wanted a third. Badly.[/align]
[align=left]Interesting he thought let’s have a look at her. He opened up Instagram and searched for her name. Turned out she wasn’t hard to find. He clicked on her profile and let out a sigh as he scrolled through her pics. [/align]
