Interesting and pleasing to see the same prompts but with a completely different diffusion model. The NovelAI stuff is very beautiful and pleasing, but drawn art has never affected me the way photos do.

You can also blend models, as a comparison here's a few using a 90%/10% between the standard SD 1.5 and an anime one with your last prompt (and the negative):

If I had better hardware I could do more comparisons, but if I had better hardware I could do a whole lot of things!

It is pretty cool to see how different but similar softwares generate images. I actually based my prompt off a prompt I saw that you posted somewhere on here.

With this next prompt, I went back to the city background and changed the color of her clothing and the type of clothing she was wearing. 

7th Positive Prompt example: A beautiful Caucasian woman with dark curly brown hair, age 21, standing in the city holding her very pregnant belly in a skin tight purple skirt, large cleavage, thick thighs, naked and seductive, navel, completely naked, highly detailed face, perky breasts, photorealistic, high quality, American, there is pleasure on her face  

I also changed the prompt “perky breasts” to “sensitive breasts” and that gave me a better chest result as you can see. This is also where the “full” option when generating your image comes in handy. There are some problems generating nipples but it becomes better when you make more variations.

Here are some of my attempts inspired by your prompts. AI has difficulty distinguishing between nipples and navels for some reasons, and for that most images come out having a nipple as a navel instead.
I haven't figured out the work around yet.

Also, I noticed that you're using "completely naked" prompt but if i'm correct, NovelAI platform automatically filters out naked or nsfw generations. As for me, I am able to produce naked images because novelAI model is running on local on my machine.
But clothed versions usually seems pretty consistent and you don't have to deal with navels replaced with nipples.

Also there's this Chinese guy on Pixiv making crazy amount of pregnant images with NovelAI. And some of them are really good.
