One can acquire a taste for pregnant women if one tries hard enough, but in some aspects of preggophilia, it's innate. For example, I have the innate intuition to tell if someone's pregnant, even before she starts to show. I can also be able to gauge a pregnant women in regards to guessing their due date, way before I got access to proper medical knowledge. Thanks. All I will say is a type of Christianity, how it was practiced long ago. 

Why her? She almost worships the ground I walk on. Her life revolves around making me happy. Im not sure if its something one can develope an interest in. It's one of those things that you're either into or does nothing for you and you usually find out at a younger age. That's not really what's important. What's important is that you develop an attraction to your pregnant wife. You will have nine months to gradually adjust to the way her body is changing. It's not like you wake up one morning and have to cope with her shape being drastically different. If you are physically attracted to her now and you're not a toxic male asshole (you being here asking these questions tells me you're not repulsed by the pregnant form, so cross that off the list), you'll probably be physically attracted to her when she's pregnant, and that's more than good enough. From what I've observed, only a handful of guys are "indifferent" to pregnancy. The vast majority are either into preggos or not at all.
