I'm looking for more inspiration! Something new. Is there any topic or theme you've wanted to see more explored in a story? Something that hasn't been done that you know of?

The pregnant teacher scenario is my all time favourite and I'm fairly certain it is not exactly the average writers go to, especially from the lack of content relating to it. The first time a student rubs her belly publicly , and then later her bare belly. Maybe going on to an educational labor.

I'm having this thought of an interesting story idea: a man beaten by the realities of modern relationships wants to become a single father and decided that he's going for the surrogacy option, and she meets this particular surrogate (originally, this surrogate came from Russia, but you can modify that to your heart's content) of whom he felt was the perfect one: single, down in luck, and decided that surrogacy maybe the way out of her apparent destitution, and also happened a maisiophiliac. So this and that and much later, they realized that they have mutual feelings for each other as the surrogate's pregnancy progresses and eventually decided that they should be a couple. It's up to you if you want to make the story spicy or bitter or sweet, but to me, I chose the bitter path.

I've been thinking of a few potential surrogate scenarios, u will definitely play around with this!

Do you do anything sci fi or fantasy? A heavily pregnant woman is captured by a dying species and is used to breed their own. They require an already pregnant woman to use the unborn fetus (doesn't kill fetus???) and they impregnate her (now pregnant with a human and alien). She gives birth to her human kid sometime later but is still pregnant with the alien. I think multiple pregnancy with different parents is a kink to yet be explored.

1. Surrogate of twins who works as full time escort to fund her lavish life. Having so much fun riding luxury jet and cars. Live in 7 stars hotel. Super rich customers. Fancy exotic food. Fun in bed. Kinky fetish.
2. Pregnant with twins superspy (female 007). Fancy gadgets and vehicles. Plotting to capture big time crime boss while having so much fun doing it.

A school with a large harem of pregnant lesbian teens ?

Ooh, looks like I have another story idea: In the distant future, humankind is in a state of perpetual war with an alien species, and to maintain a steady supply of manpower in the fight against the alien menace, humankind's main cloning facility known by many as "The Grid" produces as much as 1,500,000,000 new human clones per Sol cycle, although their vats are not made of metal and tubes, but rather flesh and blood, as it was seen by humankind that it is more economical and practical to use human females as carriers for the clones rather than building expensive and hard-to-maintain cloning vats. Now, the story can be seen through many lenses: through the eyes of one of the human carriers of the clones, a research associate of The Grid, a top-ranking military commander, and a newborn clone. The alien side of the story, however, remains to be seen. 

a pregnant woman with a large size. live normally and have normal activities like other pregnant women. but can talk to creatures in her womb. whether it's a real baby, an alien, a god or whatever
