Ill admit, I don’t like helplessness. And a good vibrator to stimulate orgasms. You have to make you body think it’s having sex and help it prepare by doing stretching exercises. An alternative to the epi-no is have someone help by inserting 3-4 fingers into the vagina and pull traction laterally, one direction at a time and the try and use the perineal muscles to resist the traction for 10 seconds. Relax for two sec then stretch further until barrier is reached. Resist the traction force again so that you continually stretch/strengthen the muscle. Do this 3 a 5 times on each side then lastly use posterior traction towards the anus. If done daily, it will help the birth canal for delivery.
