When I download an image, I don't get a proper image, instead I get a .jpeg or .png that has a tiny size (less than 10 KB), and it cannot be opened. The problem still occurs with images I've successfully downloaded before, and I don't experience this issue on other sites.

When did this issue arise? Did it follow a browser update?

Are you able to open images at all? Can they be opened in a new tab? You're using the term "download" so I'm not clear if (a) images are even opening, which is technically downloading or (b) if this problem is limited to saving images.

It's (b). I can open them, but the issue arrrises when saving them.

Click on the image and save the full sized one that comes up, don't just click the thumbnail...I had the problem before

I've tried clicking on the image. I've tried opening the image in a new tab. The problem is still there. And to be clear, I do not have this problem on other sites.

Could you share it? I have no idea how to actually download images properly.
Using Firefox 59.0.2 64-bit if that helps the admins at all.

1, Open the image in a new tab
2, Right click and choose "Copy Image"
3, Paste on Desktop
4, Rename the file, because otherwise they will all have the same name

I am experiencing the same issue, even the "Copy & Paste" solution isn't working.

Any other idea? All other sites are working properly.

Have you used other web browsers to fix the problem? This could be the problem your having. Chrome & Firefox are better than Internet Explorer/Edge
