I've got a teeny tiny suggestion to improve interaction with remote content: essentially, re-configure hypertext links to remain underlined and in blue (as in plain HTML) when posted with overlaying text, rather than flush with the remainder of a post's text. Doing this would make such links more conspicuous and easy to access.
