I just googled this and found a wikipedia article. Apparently, when a model gets pregnant, her belly will get bigger over time. So, if you look at the previews, the smaller her belly: the older the video. And, the bigger her belly, the more recent it is (and of course, more recently recorded).

I usually select the ladies with the biggest bellies. I'll also include models that do other stuff(masturbation, lactation, etc.) even if it's not my thing, I know other forum members will like them.
