Found the method on reddit:

Download Firefox Add On called "OF Xtractor" , you can search for 'onlyfans' in add ons and it should come up easily. The add on logo is a red lightning bolt in a blue circle.

Turn on the add on, THEN open the OnlyFans site.

Go to the OF account, and voila! Below every post there should be links visible to "Save Photo" or "Save Video". The app is great in that it recognizes photos or videos, and even has an option to download all the photos/videos in a SINGLE post together.

If you like the app, do contribute/donate money to the developer so he hopefully released more tools such as these.

Used to be that the app had a feature where you open the app menu in firefox toolbar, and it would load all the videos/photos in its own interface, and you could just click download all and rip the entire OF account in one go!! However that feature has now been disabled.

I use tubeoffline and jdownloader2 for downloading videos. but I think these doesn't work on onlyfans.

googled "onlyfans extractor firefox" and bunch of links came up. come on people put some effort in it yourself

Is this what I think it is? An add on that allows people to basically steal models content? If so it is not something we want to be doing guys. Things like this are why good content sources dry up. Some of these models make their living selling original and custom content. The least we can do is encourage them to make more by paying for their content instead of ripping them off. How would you like it if you were selling stuff on Patreon and some internet pirate found a way to steal from you? I'm a content creator and I am not happy about this kind of behaviour.

This is actually useful @LTKNT101. Content frequently disappears from the internet and I make a point of backing my stuff up. This applies to YouTube, whatever. I'm not commenting on the intent here, but pulling videos through a browser extension or software (youtube-dl) is useful.

Also, if you've paid for custom content, why wouldn't you want to download it?

So does this allow you to download videos and pictures from Only Fans accounts that you’re paying for or does it allow you to get videos and pictures without paying for it?

So does this allow you to download videos and pictures from Only Fans accounts that you’re paying for or does it allow you to get videos and pictures without paying for it?

I did some further research into this and it appears that this app allows you to download video/pictures from sites that do not provide a download option. When you pay a monthly subscription at OnlyFans you are given access to view the content as long as you remain a member. If you cancel you lose access to the content. As far as I know, OnlyFans does not provide a download option. Some models provide a "pay to unlock" option for each individual video so you only pay for what you want to see without a recurring monthly fee however you can't download the content. With this being the case it makes sense to have a hack for downloading stuff lol as long as there is no option to rip content without paying for it.
