Okay here it is, the Gimp 2.8 morph tutorial!  As a thank you, I'd love to see some good quality morphs using these methods.  Let me know if you have any questions.

This is going to be a step-by-step walk through showing how I morph a photo of a pregnant woman to look even more pregnant with a huge belly. I use a free program called Gimp2.8.

1. Download and install Gimp2.8.22-setup.exe:
https://download.gimp.org/mirror/pub/gimp/v2.8/windows/

2. Open the image you would like to edit. I've chosen an already gorgeous preggo girl who will look even better when her belly is a little (or alot!) bigger. I have included the base image here (first image) so you can try working the same photo. Once you have the file opened your sceen should look like my second image.

3. The first step is to duplicate the image. On the right side of the screen you should have the layers tab open and there is a small image of the photo we are working with. Right click on the image and then click "Duplicate Layer" (see first photo for screen shot). This will copy the current image as another layer. Just think of two images exactly the same stacked on top of each other.

4. Now use the selection tool to select the area of the image you want to modify. In this case, we want to grow her belly. I used the rectangle select tool to draw a box around her belly. In the next step using the warp feature, the image inside this box is what we will be working with. Make sure you give extra room to expand her belly into.

5. Now we are going to grow her belly using Gimp's Iwarp feature. To do this, start by going to: Filters > Distorts> Iwarp

6a. Now the Iwarp box opens up. You can see the image in the Iwarp box is the selection we made in step 4. I warp using the Deform Mode: Move, so select that button if it isn't already. Then select the defrom radius. This number will vary depending on the image size, resolution, the area you want to warp, and other factors. I find most of the time a radius of 80-100 is best for belly morphs. If you end up also morphing boobs or butts, you may need to use a radius of 40-50. Play around with it, you'll figure it out (there is a reset button in the Iwarp box, so just play around and then hit reset if you don't like the results).

6b. Use the Iwarp tool to enlrge the belly (click on the belly and drag with your mouse). I try to warp with with a few smooth strokes to minimize distortion. Distortion can also be minimized by carefully secting where you click on the image to start the warp. Again, play around with it until you get a warp you like. I like to grow the belly vertically as well as horizontally. You have to be carefull not to go too far vertically or you will distort the breasts or hip area too much to restore (you can work around this by doing multiple warps and layers, but thats beyond the scope of this tutorial). Hit "OK" when you are done warping.

7a. Now we have warped our photo. But, we only warped the top photo. Remember in step #3 we duplicated the image? That unwarped original image is still beneath our warped image (see the layer pane at the right of your screen). Also you can see in our warped image that background behind the belly is also distorted, as are her hips. We now need to erase these distorted areas to make the morph look realistic.

7b. To erase the distortions, we need to add a layer mask. To do this go to the layer pane on the right of the screen and right click the top (warped) layer. In the drop down menu select "Add layer mask". In the box that pops up, make sure the button is selected at "White (full opacity)" and then click "Add".

7c. Now you should see a white box pop up beside our warped layer- this is the layer mask.

8a. In this step we will erase the destorted parts of our top layer using the layer mask we created in step 7. Start building your layer mask:
a. Use the zoom in on the area you want to work on
b. Select black on the color pallet at left
c. Select paint brush tool
d. Select the hard edged brush from the brush selector
e. Make sure the opacity is set to 100
f. Set the size of the brush, I used 100 to start (this will varry depending on the image size resolution, and other factors, but I usually start fairly large to rough in the layer mask)

8b. Now use the paint brush with the settings listed in step 8a to erase the unwanted distortions on the top layer (this lets the undistorted lower layer show through the top layer). Top tip: hold down the shift button in between mouse clicks to erase in a straight line- this will speed up the process.

8c. Once the layer mask is roughed in, we need to clean it up. These are the settings I use to do that:
a. Use the zoom in on the area you want to work on (zoom in tighter now)
b. Make sure black is still the selected color
c. Still using paint brush tool
d. Select a soft edged brush from the brush selector (I normally use the 075 hardness brush)- you don't want the edge to be too hard or it doesn't look realistic
e. Make sure the opacity is still set to 100
f. Set the size of the brush, I generally use 15-20 for the clean-up phase (this will varry depending on the image size resolution, and other factors- you may need to play around with it depending on what you are working on

8d. Work your way around the belly to erase any undesired distortions. The only distortion we want is in the size of her belly! In this particular morph, I was not happy with the results where her belly came down to her hips. When you are working in these complex areas, it may be helpful to know you can erase your layer mask by changing the color to white. This allows you to easily go back and forth to make it look as realistic as possible. In this case I couldn't get it where I was happy with it without doing another warp (I will show you those steps later).

9. Okay, so once you have the layer mask completed, you can consider the morph complete if you want. In my case I almost always do a little more rework and I'll show those steps later. If you are happy with the image, you can merge the layers to complete it. To do this, right click on the top layer in the layer pane at right and select "Merge Down". Then go to the File menu and select "Export As" to save the morph as an image file. Note that if you just save the file (not export), you save it as a Gimp project rather than an image.

10. Okay, now for the rework to make the morph more realistic. I'm first going to correct the belly shape down low near her hips. Picking up where we left off with the image merged down:
a. Duplicate the layer (refer to step 3)
b. Use Iwarp to warp the lower part of her belly (refer to stesp 4-6). Note: I set the "Deform radius" to 50 (instead of 100) when performing the warp since I was working on a smaller part of her belly.
c. Apply and edit a layer mask to blend the modified belly to the base morph image (refer to steps 7-8)
You can see her belly is now shaped much nicer in this area.

11. Her belly is looking pretty good now, but it can be improved with some lighting enhancements to add realism. I use the dodge/burn tool to do this. I'll let you play around with this tool to figure it out, it quite easy to use. I used dodge to brighten her belly near its center for a lighting effect, and burn to darken the lower half of her belly for shadow effect.

12. Finally, I often like to add some texture to the bellies. The screen shot below shows some of the settings I use to simulate a veiny texture. There are lots of other options, play around with it to see what you like best.

And finally, here is my completed morph:

Thanks for the list, Bursty. Now you are forcing me to think about having to buy a second computer monitor to do this and something else on my laptop.

Need the right picture for this to work; but are great basic techniques!

Angle, skin texture (with airbrush and burn tool) are a great start.

I've divided my stash with "side shot" which are those that have potential based on this type of technique.

Thank you for sharing. I think the lurkers here will do well with this kind of information!

I couldnt get the wash out to look quite right; but I'd say this is a starting tutorial.  If you find the right pictures, you can (re)produce some results
