I'm private about it & I would generally prefer for my fetish to remain a secret.
But if somehow someone I know found out about it, I might not be totally freaked out by it happening (depends on the friend).

I actually told my best friend about my fetish, he was surprised, but not disgusted, I explained it too him, it hasn't effected our friendship.

I generally don't tell people about it (a few of my friends know), but I have told my partners about it.

All of my friends and parents know. It rarely doesn't come up when I'm with my friends, they make fun of me for it all the time and I just laugh it off. One friend has even told me about single pregnant chicks he knows when one happens to show up. Currently dating a pregnant chick now (not my kid). Don't think she knows yet, even though I asked her out while 7 months pregnant. I also regularly ask pregnant chicks out if I see one that looks single, most of them are married and just say that without thinking twice. I have also gone to strip clubs all over the country and asked for pregnant strippers consistently.

I learned that there's almost no reason to live in shame, which I did with this fetish for a while. Didn't accept this part of myself until I was in my early 20's. In my experience, as long as you don;t seem like your only interested in pregnancy women love complements when their carrying a fat gut around.

Almost all my close friends know, and that's not many but I am a prolific artist, who draws preggos, so like, it's kinda tied into my chief hobby. Only a handful know the DEPTHS of it, and I am generally very guarded about it. But I am also in my 30s.

Some friends know, every partner I've had knows. Idk, it only comes up when it's relevant i.e. talking to a partner about sex, or if it's a late night conversation with friends and we're opening up about that sort of thing. I don't proclaim it to the world, nor do I really hide it. No sense it letting fear or shame dominate my life, there's so much other stuff to do in life.

Only ex-gf's and current lady know about it. Haven't told anyone else and i like to keep it that way. I'm near 40 with no kids and could be that way for good.

A few close, and very pervy, friends of mine know.

I'm nearly 42 and with no kids. I know I will be that way for good.

Never particularly made an effort to hide it. Here's a minor downside: since my wife knows firsthand how much I love pregnant women, whenever we're in the company of a different pregnant woman, it gets a touch uncomfortable. Maybe just on my side.

I’m private about it but most of my close friends know. Some are even into it themselves but it’s not their main thing like it is mine.
