Woman will think they're unattractive regardless of what the guys opinion of her is. I would try pampering her and making her feel loved and then she may open up more to it.

Like Domini said, its not so much that you can convince her she's good looking. Women have to genuinely feel sexy to do sexy things. For that to happen, you have to "show" her rather than "tell" her.
