How can I bypass the 6500 kb limit?

Unfortunately, due to the volume of images uploaded to the site, we have to cap sizes. 100 of these images would consume over 0.6 GB of server space.

6500 KB is quite large -- would it be possible for you to compress these to a more reasonable size?

like 4,000 images and videos. I could put them in a drive no?

For the images, we generally don't allow drives. There are quite a few tools (https://www.google.com/search?q=image+compression) -- can you give a few of these a try? I haven't used any compression tools for quite some time and don't have a great recommendation.

This seems to have an okay reputation: https://sourceforge.net/projects/icompress/

Can you give me a sense of how many of those 4,000 files are videos versus images? Are they all above 6500 KB? What's the average image size? Reducing the resolution would probably be best. It sounds like these are raw/massive image files.

I'd recommend making a post in the discussion section -- quite a few people should be able to weigh in on batch resizing/compression.
